We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated
ABA/VB Tutors
to join a dynamic team supporting pupils with additional needs using the principles of Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) and Verbal Behaviour (VB). You'll work closely with experienced supervisors and therapists to help children build communication, independence, and life skills.

What You'll Be Doing
Supporting individual and small groups of pupils in their learning and development.
Helping implement ABA/VB programmes with clear guidance from your supervisor.
Encouraging pupil interaction, independence, and social skills through engaging activities.
Assisting with personal care and therapy sessions, including swimming and community-based learning.
Contributing to assessment and progress monitoring using tools like VB-MAPP and AFLLS.
Promoting positive behaviour in line with our supportive behaviour policies.
Using ICT tools to enhance learning and independence.
Participating in school life including training, meetings, and special events.

Willingness to learn and grow in the field of ABA/VB.
Strong communication skills and a commitment to safeguarding and equality.
Previous ABA/VB experience is desirable but
not essential
