Work with Us - Temp-to-Perm Pathway:

We support the school in finding and vetting amazing candidates to trial, offering you the chance to experience the school environment and ensure it's the right fit for you. Following a successful trial period, you'll continue on a temp-to-perm basis through our agency, with a view to transitioning into a direct contract with the school.

Your Role Will Include:

Assisting teachers in daily classroom activities. Supporting students 1:1 or in small groups. Providing care and tailored support to children with additional needs. Helping to maintain a safe, engaging, and inclusive learning environment.
