Job Description

Insight trans logistics ltd in Inkberrow Worcester are currently looking to recruit escort van driver where you will be assisting with the loading/unloading, steering and escorting of some of the largest loads moved on the UK road network.

The position will require the successful candidate to be away from home most of the working week, including some weekends, at short notice. Once awarded the role, you will be allocated a van from our escort van fleet. These vans are fitted with beds and night heaters etc.

Job spec:

Safely escorting STGO loads and sticking STGO regulations Steering hydraulic trailers though tight spaces. Getting involved with the loading and unloading of specialist cargo.
Ideal candidate

Will need a good physical fitness level due to a high level of manual handing and the use of equipment Reliable and a good timekeeper Able to work within a small team, with effective communication skills. Presentable, polite and professional around the work place. Able to take the responsibility of your own and others safety whilst at work. Capable of working in a fast pasted and ever-changing environment.
