Academic Manager Job description

Moorgate campus has a new opportunity for an academic manager to join our team.

Working as part of the academic management team and with the leadership and guidance of our Head of Tutors, you will be responsible for the management and development of a team of tutors and visiting lecturers.

Working with the Campus Dean, Head of Tutors, Programme Student Leads and Timetabling team, you will enhance the student experience by ensuring high quality teaching and making effective use of staff resource. You will also continue to teach.

For this role you will need to have an interest in people management, particularly concerning motivation and development. Equally important is the ability to achieve targets and goals as required by both campus and strategic objectives.
