Role Overview

As an

Academic Sales Counsellor

, you will guide learners, job seekers, and professionals in choosing the right career program. Your goal is to consult, educate, and help them enroll in our UK-focused job-oriented courses.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound leads (Facebook/Instagram/Google/Website). Conduct consultation calls to understand student goals and challenges. Recommend suitable AI-powered courses based on their profile. Explain course details, structure, fees, and job support process. Achieve monthly enrollment targets. Maintain CRM records (HubSpot or internal system). Follow up with warm leads and retarget potential students. Guide students through payment, onboarding, and batch start. Provide an excellent student experience during their decision-making process.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Excellent communication skills (clear English speaking). Strong sales mindset with the ability to close deals. Prior experience in EdTech sales, counselling, recruitment, or customer service (preferred). Understanding of the UK job market is a plus. Ability to handle objections and influence decisions. Good with CRM tools and WhatsApp communication. Driven, disciplined, and target-oriented.
