About the Role:
This is a dynamic and varied role at the heart of our Academy, providing essential administrative support. You'll be the first point of contact for staff, pupils, and parents, ensuring smooth operations and contributing to a positive school experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Comprehensive Administrative Support: Managing correspondence, handling enquiries, reception duties, maintaining diaries, and general office tasks.
Financial Administration: Overseeing payroll transactions, entering purchase orders, invoicing debtors, and supporting cashless payment system.
Maintaining Records: Maintaining accurate pupil and staff records, managing attendance procedures, and completing essential census returns.
What we're looking for:
Relevant administrative experience ideally working in an educational environment.
Practical knowledge of data and IT systems
Exceptional organisational, administrative and communication skills.
A proactive approach with the ability to use initiative to solve problems.
