Role Information

MY MAIN DUTIES



To be responsible for the running of reception/front office and greet visitors. To provide administration support to academy manager and delivery staff within the academy. Monitor exams bookings for all sectors, booking exams, preparing invigilation packs, seating plan, and exam laptops for each weekly session. Monitor all workshop bookings dealing with queries, booking workshop sessions, and maintaining the centre planner with any updates. Advise commercial customers of the eligibility requirements for initial and reassessment courses checking with tutors for accuracy and currency of their qualifications. Registers learners with awarding organisations (AO's), and claim certificates as requested by Lead Tutors and IQA's. Arrange and track inductions of new starts. Liaise with stakeholders and learners to book employability courses, complete sign-up documentation, book CSCS tests, and coordinate CSCS cards as required. To be responsible for Data input of student data onto MIS system and update as required. Set up E Portfolio accounts for commercial learners and archive accounts once completed. Establish and coordinate student's personal files in centre and ensure audit compliance. To monitor and track attendance daily - ensure registers are taken timely and any learner's not attended contact is made. Take deposits and arrange payments from learners ready to start course ensuring payment are complete before attending. Arrange purchase orders and take responsibility for ordering resources for the centre, stock ordering and monitoring. Assist in preparing for open events and taster sessions. General administrations of commercial and bespoke training. Conduct your role in line with the company values and expected behaviours. Across site working if needed. Promote and ensure safe working practices in line with current Health and Safety legislation, including health and safety department inspections and risk assessments.

Level 3 Business Administration Qualification Previous experience within an administration function
