Job Description

Utilise the enhance/ improving access services ensuring you are up to date with the signposting resources across the locality. Providing clerical assistance to triage staff as required. Assisting in data collection to improve services and shape service provision. Supporting and training administrative staff within the organisation.



Proactively seek to develop and maintain knowledge and skill sets required within your role.Use technology and appropriate software as an aid to management in planning, implementation and monitoring of care, presenting and communicating information. Ensuring that patent data is kept confidential at all times and is shared on a need-to-know basis only. Understand responsibility of self and others regarding the Freedom of Information Act. Maintain confidentiality of information, acting within the terms of the Data Protection Act and Caldicott guidance on patient confidentiality at all times.
