We are looking for a friendly and professional Accompanied Viewer to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys meeting people, has excellent communication skills, and takes pride in providing a first-class customer experience. You'll be responsible for conducting property viewings and helping potential buyers and tenants find their next home while representing the company in a positive and professional manner.

This is a 35 hour per week contract, the working hours will be Tuesday-Friday 9am-5:30pm and Saturday 10-3.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct property viewings with prospective tenants and buyers, providing accurate and engaging information about each property.
Deliver excellent customer service, ensuring everyone who views a property has a positive experience of Comfort Estates.
Provide feedback from viewings to the sales and lettings team promptly and accurately, and provide immediate viewing feedback direct to landlords and vendors via our client app.
Ensure properties are presented to a high standard before and after each viewing (checking lights, cleanliness, security, etc.).
Communicate effectively with landlords, tenants, buyers, and team members to coordinate viewings efficiently.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of available properties and their key features.
Manage a busy diary of appointments, ensuring punctuality and professionalism at all times.
Follow health and safety procedures to maintain yours and viewers safety at all times during viewings, and report back any concerns.
Accurately check in and out property keys and maintain the security of all properties visited.
Support the wider team with ad hoc office tasks when required.
Skills & Experience
Confident and friendly communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
Well-presented and professional appearance.
Highly organised with good time management.
Reliable and proactive, with the ability to work independently.
Comfortable using mobile apps and CRM systems (training provided).
Full UK driving licence (essential).
Previous customer service experience preferred but not essential.
What We Offer
Basic salary of 22,310-23,567 , depending on experience.
1,120 parking allowance per annum (payable after 6-month probation).
