Account Consultant

Hybrid - 2 days onsite in Glasgow, 3 days remote

About the role:

We're looking for an Account Consultant to join our delivery team, supporting recruitment within the clinical sector. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about people and keen to build a career in recruitment, even without prior experience.

Key Objectives of the Role:

Support the recruitment process for temporary placements in the clinical industry Source and screen candidates effectively Manage interview arrangements and candidate communications Build strong relationships with stakeholders and candidates

Skills, Knowledge & Experience:

Strong customer service skills Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively Interest in recruitment and/or the clinical or scientific sector Scientific background is desirable but not essential
