Account Director - Canary Wharf - Monday to Friday

We're looking for an exceptional Account Director to transform our catering operation and set new standards of excellence ahead of our new building launch in 2027!


This is a rare chance to leave your mark on a flagship account. You'll take complete ownership of our catering service at a leading law firm, with the autonomy and backing to make bold decisions that matter. With a new state-of-the-art building on the horizon, we need someone who can build the foundation for excellence now and create a service that matches our client's ambitions.

What You'll Do

Transform the food offer into something genuinely special - you'll know great food when you see it and won't settle for less! Hold your team accountable through robust performance management, setting clear expectations and following through Build relationships with senior stakeholders in the firm, understanding their business and becoming a trusted partner Lead the strategic planning for our new building launch, positioning us as the hospitality partner of choice Drive commercial performance with a focus on P&L, identifying opportunities to improve margins whilst elevating quality

Proven track record managing high-value professional services Genuine passion for food quality and hospitality excellence Confident in leading from the front and driving high performance across your team Natural accountability - you set high standards and ensure they're met Strategic thinking combined with hands-on execution Finger on the pulse of food trends, client needs, and operational detail
