The Role:
We are looking for an organised and experienced Account Director to join our Client Services team. As one of Uncovered's Account Directors, you will lead on key client accounts, supporting a team of Account Managers and Account Execs, building key relationships and owning project timelines.
The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership and planning skills and the ability to deliver projects in budget and within scope, while motivating and growing the team beneath you.
Responsibilities:
Key elements of the role include:
Budget oversight: Plan budgets and activities for account management in the company, look for upsell opportunities and ensure account retention
Leadership: Set up goals and objectives for all team members you manage, provide feedback and mentorship to account team to support their growth
Key relationship management: Act as the point of contact for clients in your portfolio, understand key requirements and needs to offer the right solutions and deliver against objectives
Project management: Ensure timely delivery of services and products to our clients, resolve issues to maintain and strengthen client relationships
Reporting: Oversee all reports and communications that go to client to ensure in line with objectives, and deliver quarterly/annual progress reports to senior management and external stakeholders
Qualifications and Skills:
Proven experience as an Account Director or similar position
Demonstrable experience in negotiation and meeting client requirements
Solid understanding of budgeting and reporting on progress
Knowledge of performance evaluation techniques and metrics
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities with aptitude in fostering long-term relationships
Outstanding organizational and leadership skills
