The Role
Due to continued business growth they are now looking for an Account Director who will be the predominant lead on outdoor build and sports focussed projects, supporting the Senior Leadership Team and ensuring delivery of projects including managing creative and production delivery. A broad role responsibilities will include:
  • Client and account management
  • Taking, interpreting and challenging briefs
  • Creating engaging responses
  • Overseeing all elements of delivery and ensuring timescales and schedules are adhered to
  • Leading internal design and technical teams
  • Working closely with internal teams and external suppliers when necessary
  • Stakeholder management
  • Budget management
  • Line management and development of a team
The Candidate
To be considered for this Account Director role the ideal candidate should have experience within an events / production / experiential agency with a solid and proven background of delivering projects from inception through to delivery. Live event experience is a must and previous delivery experience must be across a range of events including the production management of outdoor sporting events, brand engagement events / fan zones and product launches or public participation events. Strong client management skills are a must, as it the ability to take and interpret briefs and create engaging proposals. Previous line management experience is preferred and candidates must be willing to go onsite to oversee delivery when required to be considered for this Account Director role.
