Our team in London, is looking for an
Account Director
who is keen to pursue new client relationships and continue to deliver amazing results to our client partners
You'll be a part of a tightly knit team, working across disciplines and team boundaries to deliver industry-shaping design and strategy solutions to businesses in London and beyond.

As an Account Director, you'll play a dual role: driving new business growth while leading and expanding strategic client relationships. You'll be responsible for orchestrating new business activities, identifying and securing opportunities across industries, and ensuring the long-term success of key accounts.
You'll lead client engagements with confidence, serving as a trusted partner while managing budgets, scoping projects, and guiding teams to deliver standout results. Working closely with partners and team leads, you'll translate client needs into compelling Manyone solutions, contribute to pitches and proposals, and shape the commercial direction of the business.
With a finger on the pulse of industry trends and competitor movements, you'll help position Manyone ahead of the curve while fostering a culture of collaboration, motivation, and growth within the studio.

Are self-motivated, target-driven, and passionate about client service
Bring a results-oriented, hands-on approach to business growth and account management
Can develop and execute strategies for new business, including prospecting, lead qualification, upselling, and cross-selling
Have proven experience leading client relationships, delivering against objectives, and building trust over the long term
Possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills in English
Demonstrate deep knowledge of the creative and design industry in the UK
Familiarity with one of our key industries (Healthcare, Mobility, Retail, Fintech) is a big plus
