Account Director



Summary



This position presents an outstanding opportunity to join a rapidly expanding division within Epiq Global in the United Kingdom. The Account Director will be responsible for driving the sales of software and services lines -- including in e-Discovery, document review, information governance, legal operations, contract lifecycle management, and legal staffing--targeted at leading law firms and large corporations. A primary emphasis will be placed on increasing client adoption and revenue for Epiq's proprietary e-Discovery software and AI solutions, alongside select third-party offerings.


Essential Job Responsibilities



Oversee a portfolio of named accounts comprising leading law firms, FTSE 100 and 250 organizations, and other major corporations. Effectively communicate Epiq's value proposition to prospects, clients, partners, and market stakeholders. Source new leads through proactive outreach and networking initiatives. Convert qualified leads into revenue-generating customers. Deliver persuasive client presentations, employing advanced negotiating and closing techniques. Cultivate and strengthen relationships with key decision-makers and influencers in targeted organizations. Educate clients and prospects on Epiq's full spectrum of software and services offerings via on-site visits, conferences, and industry events. Maintain an up-to-date record of prospects, clients, sales pipeline, and related activities within the CRM system. Participate in key industry conferences and Epiq-sponsored client events. Monitor competitor offerings, branding strategies, and marketing campaigns to inform positioning. Engage in regular sales team meetings to review pipeline progress, proposals, strategies, and best practices. Achieve or surpass established sales revenue targets. Provide ongoing post-sales support to ensure client satisfaction and foster future business opportunities. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Operations, Product Management, and Finance.

Qualifications



Demonstrable success in selling to multiple levels within UK law firms and Blue Chip corporations. Proven ability to develop business solutions that drive behavioral change. Strong conceptual skills with the ability to design, articulate, and present new business concepts to internal and external stakeholders. Exceptional relationship-building capabilities. Effective negotiation and closing proficiency. Strong presentation skills, including live software demonstrations. Excellent listening abilities, complemented by the capacity to ask insightful questions and clearly convey business value propositions. Superior proposal writing abilities and experience managing complex sales processes. Proficiency with all major Microsoft Office applications.
Special Requirements

Extensive travel within the assigned sales territory is required, as well as occasional travel for training and participation in professional conferences or conventions.


Must be authorized to work in the United Kingdom and located within United Kingdom.
