This is your opportunity to take a lead position and help showcase our industry-leading products whilst building and strengthening existing client partnerships. You will be responsible for driving results from both new customers and existing clients.

Your Role & Impact:



As an Account Director, you will be the central point of leadership for both your clients and your team. Your key responsibilities will include:

Building and nurturing strong, trusted partnerships with our clients, acting as their strategic advisor Developing and executing effective go-to-market and account growth strategies Leading, motivating, and mentoring a talented account management team to deliver outstanding work Leveraging market insights and data to inform strategies and demonstrate ROI to clients Managing project budgets and resources effectively to ensure profitability and client satisfaction Identifying new opportunities for growth within existing accounts and contributing to new business efforts Contribute and be part of a Whole Caboodle growth marketing strategy

What We're Looking For:



Proven experience as an Account Director or Senior Account Manager (wanting to take the next step) Marketing agency experience is essential - knowledge of the automotive industry is a bonus A track record of building strong client relationships and successfully growing accounts Excellent leadership skills with experience in managing and developing a team Strong commercial acumen, with experience managing budgets and forecasting A strategic thinker with outstanding communication and presentation skills The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple deadlines with ease A full UK driving licence is required
