Your role as Account Director:
As Account Director, you will lead and drive the overall strategy within your client portfolio.
Building strong relationships and communicating effectively with clients
Understand your clients' business, markets and objectives
Guide your clients with the agency's new innovative thinking
Deliver the best and most appropriate new media solutions
Produce monthly revenue & renewal forecasts and reports
Ensure that a central file is kept of essential client information
Monthly and quarterly client planning sessions and reviews with clients
Work to client profitability targets
What we'd like you to bring to the role:
Considerable experience in a Digital Agency
Proven experience in People Management
Consistent achievement of financial targets and ability to upsell to clients
Highly organised and able to manage documentation
High quality customer service and rapport building skills
* The ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment using high levels of initiative to deliver results
