As we continue to grow across the UK, we're looking for an ambitious and commercially driven Account Manager to help scale our impact across the automotive sector.

The Role



As an Account Manager at ELLA, you will be responsible for managing and developing a portfolio of automotive clients. Your primary focus will be to drive revenue growth by identifying opportunities to expand our optimAIze AI solutions across existing and new accounts. You'll act as a trusted advisor, helping dealerships and OEMs transform their customer engagement, lead management, and service performance through intelligent automation.

This is a hybrid role that combines strategic account development, relationship management, and consultative sales.

Key Responsibilities



Manage and grow a portfolio of dealership groups and OEM clients across the UK Drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities across the optimAIzeAI product suite Build trusted, long-term relationships with senior stakeholders and operational teams Understand client needs and map them to ELLA's AI-driven solutions Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and ROI-based business cases Collaborate with Customer Success and Product teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client retention Maintain accurate records in the CRM and provide sales forecasting and pipeline updates Represent ELLA Auto at industry events, trade shows, and regional dealer meetings Stay current with market trends, competitive landscape, and innovations in automotive retail

What You'll Bring



Proven experience in a commercial, account management, or business development role (ideally in automotive, SaaS, or MarTech) Strong understanding of automotive retail operations, CRM systems, and digital transformation trends Excellent relationship-building and consultative selling skills Confidence in communicating with C-level and operational decision-makers Proactive, ambitious, and outcome-driven mindset Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative, fast-paced team Tech-savvy with the ability to learn and present software-based solutions effectively
