Reporting to the Client Services Director you'll play an instrumental part in the client services team, managing client portfolios across Paid Search, Paid Social, Email, SEO Content, Technical SEO and UX.
You'll need 3 years of experience at a similar level. Organised and strategic you'll be responsible for the smooth daily running of the accounts, meeting client expectations and developing the account to maximise revenue.
This opportunity would be ideal for someone who has extensive agency experience as a Senior Account Manager or PPC manager and that has ambition and aspiration to make positive change in a client servicing role.
Multi-Channel Coordination:
Align project activities across multiple channels, providing a comprehensive view of overall progress and strategy effectiveness.
Client Relationship Building:
Develop and sustain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring their expectations are consistently met and surpassed.
Report Preparation:
Oversee delivery of monthly reports and be instrumental in yearly and bi-yearly client reviews, offering insights into project status across all channels and demonstrating measurable results.
Upselling and Business Development:
Using your deep understanding of your clients' business to identify opportunities to upsell additional service packages, to facilitate business growth.
Analytical Mind:
Utilise analytical software to track customer touchpoints, providing data-driven insights to challenge the service team and offer strategic insight to grow clients.
Issue Resolution:
Address and resolve client or project issues efficiently, ensuring client satisfaction and project continuity.
Team Support and Accountability:
Provide support to the service team while holding them accountable for deadlines, quality, and effective issue resolution.
A minimum of 3+ years of relevant agency-side experience in a similar role as a digital senior account manager/ PPC manager or equivalent.
Good working knowledge of multiple digital marketing channels and strategies.
Proficient in using analytical tools and software to gather and interpret data.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Proven track record of managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines.
Familiar with CRM and the importance of adhering to process and time allocation.
Problem-solving mindset with a focus on client service.

A competitive salary ranging from 35,000 to 50,000 basic, depending on experience.
