As our first commercial hire dedicated to Europe, you will lead market expansion efforts, manage the full sales cycle, and build strong customer relationships while shaping our go-to-market strategy for the region.





The ideal candidate is a highly consultative, entrepreneurial sales professional with proven experience in B2B SaaS. They are capable of building a territory from the ground up, driving market expansion, and thriving in a remote, global team environment.




Responsibilities:




Territory Development & Market Expansion:

Build and execute a strategic plan for European market growth; identify high-value segments; establish and refine regional GTM motions, including prospecting campaigns,represent the company at industry events; provide market insights.

New Business Development:

Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close; develop pipeline through proactive outreach; prepare tailored proposals and presentations; forecast accurately using CRM.

Account Management & Customer Growth:

Serve as primary contact for European customers; ensure smooth onboarding; maintain long-term relationships; identify expansion opportunities; drive renewals.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Work with Marketing on localized campaigns; communicate customer needs to Product; collaborate with Finance and Legal on pricing and compliance; support leadership with reporting.



Qualifications:




Language:

Fluent in English (additional European languages are an asset).

Software:


Proficiency with CRM systems and modern sales tools.

Years of Experience:

5+ years in B2B SaaS sales, combining Account Executive and Account Management responsibilities.



Assets:




Experience in forestry, GIS, supply chain, analytics, or similar technical/data-driven software solutions. Proven success in establishing or expanding a territory in Europe. Strong negotiation and presentation skills across diverse audiences. Ability to travel regionally (~25-40%).
