This role is highly flexible and hence we are able to accommodate those seeking a 4 or 5 day working week and/or between 5 & 8 hours work per day. Whatever works for you!

We are Spacehouse. A media & publishing company created in 2000 and we have a great reputation for quality of service within our core markets.
We own and manage a number of sector leading websites, magazines and events in the B2B sector, specialising in the environment, local government, transport, social care and health sectors.
We are not looking for "finishers" or "closers", we are looking for someone with excellent customer service skills who understands the value of long-term business relationships.
This role offers a great deal of autonomy while working as part of a successful team on established and successful products.

Key Responsibilities
To manage existing business and drive the recruitment advertising across a number of sector leading products.
Key responsibility is to develop business relationships across our sectors to ensure our products are at the forefront with key decision makers within local authorities, executive resourcing organisations and advertising agencies.
Develop a trusted advisor relationship status with the client base
Develop and deliver compelling client propositions
Negotiate advertising packages with clients
Achieve monthly team revenue targets
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
At least 1 year customer services / account management experience
Excellent interpersonal, negotiation and influencing skills
Great communicator - strong verbal and written skills
Highly professional
Knowledge of Social Media
IT Literate
Tenacity
Sense of humour & a positive attitude
Team Player - but works on own initiative

Base Salary of 28,000 to 30,000
(pro rata for reduced hours / part time).
Monthly commissions - minimum potential of 1,000 per month
Realistic OTE 35,000 per annum, but higher levels are possible.
20 days holiday PLUS up to 5 days over Christmas & New Year and all Bank Holidays (based on full time)
