This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your agency and client services skills. You will provide crucial support to an Account Director with the day-to-day delivery of a wide variety of client projects and campaigns, from online marketing, social media, web based through to traditional print.
You will undertake tasks that require focus, attention to detail, organisational and numerical skills in equal measure. You will understand the importance of ensuring client deadlines are met and expectations are exceeded.
You will keep up to date with current or emerging communication / social media techniques, together with how the industry is developing.
During holiday periods, you will be required to provide cover and work on a Thursday and Friday in addition to your normal working pattern, as required. You will be paid for the additional time worked.

Essentials and desirables we require for the role:
Essentials:
Possess a good standard of written and verbal communication skills and understand the project management process
Experience of using MS Office programs, particularly Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Teams (ability to present via Teams is essential)
Good understanding of online marketing (email / social media / PPC / display & video)
Good understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, X, LinkedIn, TikTok) and organic and paid social media posts/campaigns, SEO and PPC
Good standard of administration and organisation skills
Ability to work as part of a team or independently
Comfortable working with your team to prepare for client meetings and attending where necessary
Desirables:
At least 1 years' experience as a Junior Account Executive / Account Executive
Previous experience of working in a busy digital agency or in a busy marketing role.
Knowledge of project management tools such as Trello would be an advantage
An understanding of web development and an awareness of how a new website is created from start to finish
An understanding of content management systems

Working Hours : Monday-Wednesday, 9.00am - 5.30pm (1 hour for lunch). Plus providing cover additionally on a Thursday and Friday during holidays.
