Share Care Co-Options, a leading provider of Domiciliary Care / Employment and Work Opportunity Services / Day Care in North Wales, is seeking a dedicated and experienced HR professional to join our team on a part-time basis. We're looking for someone who shares our values of empathy, respect, and excellence to help us support our incredible care team and lead us into a more digital future. You will be able to work in a Hybrid role and our office is based in Prestatyn, Denbighshire.

About the Role:



As our Part-Time HR professional, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our care workers are supported and empowered. In addition to traditional HR responsibilities, you will also be instrumental in digitalizing our HR systems and processes. Your key responsibilities will include:

Assisting with Recruitment and Onboarding: From advertising roles to conducting interviews and managing the onboarding process, you'll help us find and welcome the best talent. You'll also explore and implement digital tools to streamline these processes. Employee Relations: Providing support and guidance to both staff and management on HR policies and procedures, ensuring a fair and positive working environment. This will involve leveraging digital platforms for communication and case management. Compliance: Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with all relevant employment legislation. You'll be responsible for transitioning our compliance records to digital formats and ensuring data security. Training and Development: Identifying training needs and coordinating training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our care team. You'll research and implement online training platforms and track employee progress digitally. Payroll Support: Liaising with payroll to ensure accurate and timely processing of staff payments. You will work to integrate HR systems with payroll software for greater efficiency. HR Administration: Managing HR documentation, including contracts, absence records, performance reviews and Health and Safety documents and proceedures. A key focus of this role will be moving our HR administration to a paperless, digital system.
About You:

Proven experience in a generalist HR role, ideally within the care sector. Strong understanding of UK employment law and best practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with individuals at all levels. Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. A passion for digital solutions and experience implementing HR technology. CIPD qualification (or working towards) is desirable. A genuine passion for supporting care workers and making a positive impact in the community.
