The Role
As an Account Manager, you'll be the driving force behind client success - building strong relationships, managing campaigns, and ensuring flawless delivery.
Key responsibilities include:
- Acting as the main point of contact for clients
- Managing projects, budgets, and timelines
- Collaborating with internal teams across digital, creative, PR, and content
- Supporting strategy development and campaign planning
- Reporting on performance and presenting results
- Resolving challenges quickly and professionally
- 2+ years' account management experience (agency background preferred)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong project management and multitasking ability
