Location: Cheshire - Hybrid 2 days / 3 days in the office
Salary to 35K + Bens
We're looking for a dynamic, proactive Account & Operations Manager to take charge of our client, a growing beverage company, post-sale customer experience ensuring every new account is set up for success, every relationship is nurtured, and every venue proudly represents the client at its best.
This is a pivotal, hands-on role at the heart of our growth journey. You'll be where sales hands off, driving smooth installs, stock fulfilment, and brand activation while shaping the strategy that keeps our customers loyal and our reputation strong.
What You'll Do
Customer Success & Retention
Operations & Delivery
Help with promotions & events
Work closely with the leadership team on strategy, planning, and occasional admin support
Help coordinate key brand moments internally and externally
Must have experience to be shortlisted
Recent and solid experience in customer success, account management, operations management or sales support in a food, beverage or related B2B business
Passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences as a commercial driver
Highly organised with strong multitasking skills
Data-driven and strategic, spotting risks and opportunities before they arise
Excellent communicator and relationship-builder
Flexible, proactive, and happy to travel regularly
Thrives in a fast-paced, creative, and collaborative environment
Live commutable to Chester and eligible to work in the UK
