Role Overview
As we grow, we are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Account Manager to join our team.
As an Account Manager at DAVIS, you will be the primary point of contact for a portfolio of customers, ensuring they receive exceptional service and support. You will manage relationships, respond to customer queries, lead product demonstrations, and help customers onboard and maximise the value of our platform. You will also identify upsell opportunities and promote additional features and services to meet customer needs.
Key Responsibilities
Function as the main liaison for assigned customer accounts, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction
Respond to customer queries and provide technical or functional support in a timely, effective manner
Deliver engaging system demos to prospect, new and existing clients
Support onboarding for new customers, guiding them through initial setup, training, and adoption
Proactively identify opportunities to upsell additional features and modules to drive value for customers
Collaborate with the product and support teams to address client feedback, troubleshoot issues, and improve service
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, feedback, and opportunities using our CRM system
Monitor usage and engagement to ensure customers are getting the most from their investment
Requirements
Proven experience in account management, customer success, or a related role
3 years minimum Account Management experience
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset
Comfortable delivering live demos and product presentations
Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive attitude
Experience supporting onboarding and training processes for new clients
Familiarity with CRM tools
Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities in a fast-paced environment
