We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Digital Marketing Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in managing client relationships, driving business growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction as well as managing and running their own meta ad accounts for clients. This position requires a strong background in ecom business growth, digital marketing, excellent communication skills, and the ability to analyse market trends to provide strategic insights.

At Operexx we are a forward thinking, fun and incredibly driven full stack digital marketing agency that focus on scaling pure ecom, supplements and fashion / apparel brands. We have been blessed to work with brands such as Annoushka, XDreams, Glory Days, Mutual Differences as well as 100s more and are looking to fully take over the online world from an ecommerce growth perspective. We look at overall growth strategy, creative strategy as well as content creation on shoot days for both ecom, website, emails and campaigns, meta ads management, CRO and email marketing. This role will play a huge part in this expansion.
Duties
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients to understand their needs and objectives.
Full Meta Ads management including all data analysis, tracking, strategy and creative direction.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet client expectations.
Conduct regular analysis of account performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and growth.
Provide leadership and guidance to junior team members as needed, fostering a collaborative team environment.
Prepare and present proposals, contracts, and reports to clients, ensuring clarity and professionalism in all communications.
Skills
Proven experience in ecom growth with a track record of achieving targets.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
Highly skilled and up to date with the meta ads platform
Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
