Complete Education Solutions creates innovative software for schools, nurseries, clubs, and coaches including the iPAL childcare & club booking system and the iPEP PE lesson planning suite. Our tools remove administrative burdens so organisations can focus on delivering exceptional outcomes for children and young people.

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Account Manager to join our growing UK team. You will manage relationships with schools, nurseries, sports clubs, and coaching organisations, promoting iPAL (booking & childcare management) and iPEP (PE lesson planning & assessment).

This is a hands on role you will maintain and grow your own portfolio of accounts, deliver product demonstrations, manage the full sales cycle, and collaborate closely with marketing and design teams to create client facing materials. You will also attend events and exhibitions, with your base in our Hooton office (onsite parking provided).

What your day to day looks like



Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and identifying opportunities to grow the account.

Business Development: Research and generate new opportunities through calls, emails, social media, local visits, and events.

Product Demonstrations: Run live demos of iPAL and iPEP for decision-makers in schools, nurseries, sports clubs, and coaching organisations.

Full Sales Cycle Management: Qualify leads, prepare proposals, close sales, and ensure a smooth handover to onboarding/support teams.

Cross Team Collaboration: Work with marketing and design to create tailored presentations, case studies, sales collateral, and campaign materials.

Events & Networking: Represent the company at exhibitions, conferences, CPD/training days, and local networking events, following up on leads generated.

Outbound Activity: Conduct cold and warm calls, targeted email campaigns, and follow-ups to nurture prospects.

CRM & Reporting: Maintain accurate records in the CRM, including sales forecasts and pipeline reports.

Customer Insight: Provide feedback to Product and Marketing teams based on market intelligence and client needs.

The skills we're looking for



2-5 years B2B sales or account management experience (software, EdTech, childcare, or sports sectors preferred).

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.

Confident presenter, able to deliver clear and persuasive demos to groups or individuals.

Skilled at lead generation (calls, emails, social media).

Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.

Good IT literacy, able to learn software quickly and adapt demos to client needs.

Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel to client sites and events.

Right to work in the UK.

Experience selling into schools, early years settings, or sports/coaching providers.

Experience with Hubspot.

Understanding of the childcare sector.
