We are seeking a motivated and commercially focused Account Manager! You'll be responsible for managing and renewing existing generation contracts--both directly and through channel partners (third party intermediaries)--while delivering exceptional service and commercial value.
You will oversee a portfolio of generator accounts, acting as the primary point of contact to lead renewals, develop strategic engagement plans, and drive customer retention. You will collaborate closely with Operations to ensure effective service delivery, support the Business Development team on new opportunities, and assist colleagues with major renewal tenders. Additionally, you will actively identify opportunities to deepen generator relationships through meetings, marketing initiatives, and hospitality events.
A strong understanding of the energy market is key, as you'll be expected to continuously build market knowledge and act as a trusted industry expert to enhance the generator proposition.
This role offers a high degree of autonomy and requires strong relationship management, negotiation, and market insight to help grow and retain our generator customer base.
50,000 - 55,000 advertised base annual salary banding, homebased with our sales commission scheme and car allowance.
