Summary:
Join a dynamic, fast-paced team at a leading ventilation manufacturer providing free surveys and end-to-end mould remediation solutions.
We're looking for a motivated and organised Account Manager to grow our pipeline, manage customer accounts, and drive sales across both B2B and B2C sectors. This is a varied, desk-based role combining customer service, upselling, survey coordination, and operational support in a fun and collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and manage a strong pipeline of prospective clients across domestic and commercial markets.
Respond promptly to customer enquiries and provide expert product and service advice.
Liaise with field surveyors to ensure surveys are completed accurately, using insights gathered from customer conversations and property data.
Create and manage survey documentation using internal systems--accuracy and IT competence are essential.
Generate quotes, process orders, and coordinate the full supply-and-fit journey.
Upsell additional services and products where appropriate to increase revenue.
Maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
Liaise with internal teams (installers, support staff, technical teams) to ensure seamless service delivery.
Work towards individual and team targets in a performance-driven culture.
Key Skills & Experience:
Proven experience in sales and account management (B2B and B2C experience ideal).
Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Confident communicator, both written and verbal, with excellent interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a strong team spirit.
IT literate--able to create and manage surveys and reports using digital tools.
Desirable:
Background in property services, ventilation, or remediation solutions.
Familiarity with CRM systems and data entry platforms.
