Who We're Looking For:

We need top-tier Sales Professionals to drive sales to new and existing clients. You'll engage confidently with decision-makers at all business levels, from finance directors to managing directors. Success in this role requires self-motivation, determination, and comfort with prospecting. While finance experience is helpful, it's not required, we offer comprehensive training. A strong sales background or passion for selling is required.

Provide Expert Financial Guidance

: Advise UK businesses on the financial products that best support their growth goals, offering tailored solutions that make a real impact.

Manage and Grow Your Client Portfolio

: Deliver outstanding service, build lasting relationships, and manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring their financial needs are met with excellence.

Handle Finance Applications

: Prepare and submit finance applications on behalf of your clients, taking care of all the necessary paperwork to streamline their experience.

Maintain CRM Accuracy

: Keep our CRM system updated with precise and current data, ensuring smooth operations and informed decision-making.

Achieve Targets and Drive New Business

: Meet your sales targets while continuously seeking new business opportunities and expanding your client base.

Choose Your Marketing Strategy

: We empower our Account Managers to decide the most effective way to market themselves--whether through cold calling, LinkedIn messaging, or any other approach you find successful. The choice is yours.
