Role - Client Account Manager
Main Duties:
Client Account Management: Responsible for quarterly client invoicing, handling account queries, and processing billing amendments for both actual and budgeted developments.
Utilities Account Management: A growing area within financial property management, this role supports the accounting and oversight of communal EV charging schemes and Communal Heat Networks. It also includes managing common landlord electricity supplies in collaboration with a utility broker.
Client Funds Management: Overseeing the movement, reconciliation, and management of client-held funds, including sinking and reserve funds, major repair schemes, and pooled service charge accounts.
General Finance Support: Assisting the finance team with additional tasks and providing cover where needed.
Required Skills:
Problem Solving & Initiative: A proactive approach to developing processes and implementing best practices.
Attention to Detail: Highly organised with the ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks.
Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with internal teams, third parties, and external partners.
Technical Proficiency: Skilled in accounting software, with advanced Excel capabilities for data management and reporting.
This role may suit candidates working within the finance team of Property Management/ Common Management ( Factoring )
