About the Role



Are you a dynamic and results driven sales professional with a passion for building strong client relationships and driving business growth?

We're looking for a proactive and commercially minded Account Manager to join our team and play a key role in managing and developing customer relationships, growing existing accounts and generating new leads.

As an Account Manager you'll bring exemplary communication skills, a strong customer focus and a solution orientated mindset to deliver tailored support to uphold our commitment to quality and service.

You'll collaborate closely with our Technical, Quality, and New Product Development teams to support innovation and continuous improvement, while sharing valuable product and industry insights.

Four Anjels are a fast-growing bakery business in the food service and premium retail sector. We supply a range of the highest quality artisan sweet bakery treats. Our small, dynamic team works together collaboratively with a drive for results and a shared passion for quality.

Four Anjels has recently joined the Olidor Group, a growing portfolio of companies within the food industry. The Olidor Group also includes Brusco Food Group, an industry expert in ingredients supply, Karimix, a specialist worldwide inspired sauce producer, and The Original Baker, a producer of premium artisan baked goods.

What You'll Be Doing



Develop and execute a sales plan aligned with business goals. Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders through various channels. Convert inbound enquiries into new accounts and profitable sales opportunities. Ensure timely response to inbound enquiries and quote follow-ups. Identify new prospects through industry research and event participation. Analyse customer and sales data to develop tailored strategies to drive growth. Negotiate and close contracts that align with revenue targets. Determine margins for quotations and propose product price reviews. Prepare and deliver presentations to prospective clients. Share product knowledge and insights with customers to drive upselling. Monitor customer satisfaction and manage customer issues effectively. Liaise with colleagues to build knowledge of our products and processes. Participate in sales meetings and share customer insights, markets trends and opportunities.

What You Bring



Proven sales expertise in developing and growing accounts, ideally gained within the food industry. Track record of driving sales through conversion and upselling. Ability to build strong and effective relationships quickly at all levels. Excellent listening, verbal, and written communication skills. Strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service. High level of accuracy, attention to detail and organisation. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple deadlines effectively. Analytical mindset with the ability to assess and interpret data. Strong numeracy and literacy skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Collaborative and flexible approach. Growth mindset, enjoying change and thriving on variety. Judgement about when to use initiative and when to consult. Motivated to contribute to sustainable and profitable business growth.

Salary:

From 50,000 per annum (depending on experience and skills)

Working Arrangements:

This is a hybrid position, Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm.

You will be expected to be on site 2/3 times per week, with the remaining days working from home or attending customer visits as required. Flexibility may be required at times due to the nature of the role.
