Job Description

As one of the fastest growing and highest rated commercial energy suppliers in the UK, we are looking to recruit an enthusiastic and organised Account Manager, based at our office in Guiseley, Leeds.


The Account Manager role is an outbound b2b sales role, where the candidate will manage the full end to end process of the sale and manage their own pipeline with the ability to make uncapped commission on a market leading commission scheme.


Working within the role, you will also deal with inbound sales enquiries whilst also creating your own outbound opportunities, reporting to the Head of Direct Sales. You will be asked to deliver across several key performance indicators required in the role.


Whilst offering a competitive starting salary, you can also earn a performance-related bonus on top of your basic wage for hitting key performance indicators.

Responsibilities




Manage the full end-to-end sales process, from prospecting to closing deals. Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline, proactively identifying and creating new business opportunities. Handle inbound sales enquiries and convert them into successful sales. Conduct outbound sales activities, including cold calling, networking, and email outreach, to generate new leads. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term business growth. Achieve and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) set by the Head of Direct Sales. Accurately record and manage sales data using the company's CRM system. Stay up to date with market trends, industry developments, and competitor activity. Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

The Individual



A self-motivated individual with a strong passion for success. The ability to manage their own workload and sales pipeline effectively. A proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets, even under pressure. Excellent communication skills--professional, articulate, and confident in engaging with clients. A driven and ambitious character with a results-focused mindset. Strong computer literacy, with experience using Microsoft Office and CRM systems. The ability to work independently in a fast-paced, self-directed environment while also being a collaborative team player.
