ABOUT THE ROLE
The role is sector-based and is essentially providing marketing expertise to the self-managed advertisers to help drive their performance marketing programs, as well as recruiting and developing publisher relationships. Although experience with an established affiliate network is not essential, you should have a good track record supporting agencies and clients' marketing plans, including strategic and tactical planning, issue identification and problem resolution. You must have excellent time management, written and oral skills together with the ability to initiate projects that deliver results.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Demonstrate strong decision making in line with company goals, social, and environmental best practice
Deliver excellent customer service and relationship management to clients and publishers across the self-managed accounts, developing, maintaining and extending relationships across portfolio through daily email /phone/Jira ticketing system communication.
Identifying gaps in the programs' performance (by constant monitoring of internal reports), communicating these gaps with the clients directly and suggesting ways to improve their performance. This includes but is not limited to creating GAP analysis of their programs, conducting competitor benchmarking services and recruiting suitable publishers for their programs on the Webgains' network.
Demonstrate strong decision making in line with company goals, social, and environmental best practice.
Continuously strive to improve the financial and strategic success of the affiliate marketing activities of our self-managed programs.
Advocate and sell affiliate concepts, publisher types and opportunities to clients while highlighting the scale of opportunity and highlighting relevant reasons in order to obtain signoff.
Launching and closing self-managed programs, daily admin tasks, helping with both technical and commercial queries from merchants through our Jira ticketing system and assisting the Senior Client Support Manager with ad hoc performance projects.
Conduct training calls to help clients use our technical platform and improve their program performance
Finding efficient ways to present affiliate opportunities to self-managed clients.
Liaise effectively with internal teams to drive program recruitment and test new opportunities to the Webgains network.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS
Strong experience at a Junior Account Manager level in online marketing.
Demonstrable experience of identifying performance gaps and creating measurable results.
Previous experience of introducing multi-layered and tailored solutions to clients.
Proven ability of analysing data sets from a wide variety of sources, that will allow you to plan annually and use long range forecasts and KPIs to ensure performance of the self-managed portfolio over an extended period.
Demonstratable experience of campaign performance reviews, adjusting exposure/placements and liaising with publishers to address issues with performance.
Demonstratable experience of problem solving, using simple analysis to uncover issues with platform/program performance.
Excellent communication skills, oral and written.
Ability to manage time effectively.
Strong attention to detail.
DESIRABLE REQUIREMENTS
Previous experience of working in affiliate marketing.
Previous experience working with Jira.
