The Account Manager will be responsible for growing and managing a portfolio of clients across various industries on a global scale. The successful candidate will develop and nurture existing relationships with key clients, acting as their primary point of contact while ensuring satisfaction and retention. They will proactively identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling software solutions, collaborating with internal teams--including sales, product development, and customer success--to ensure seamless service delivery. A strong commercial mindset is essential, as the role involves analysing client needs and market trends to provide tailored solutions, preparing and delivering compelling presentations and proposals, and negotiating contracts in alignment with business objectives. Additionally, the Account Manager will be responsible for maintaining accurate account records, tracking key performance metrics, and representing the company at industry events and client meetings.
