Overview
We're seeking a commercially driven
Account Manager
to support and grow our portfolio of hotel and cottage partners. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for sales, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and internal teams. You'll be the key contact for existing properties, focused on maximising performance, securing exclusive offers, and driving revenue through strong relationships and negotiation.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met and expectations exceeded
Utilise Salesforce/or a similar CRM to manage client accounts, track interactions, and analyse sales data for informed decision-making
Onboard and curate new property partners
Manage and optimise property performance to meet revenue targets
Negotiate rates, availability, and marketing opportunities
Resolve issues related to pricing, availability, or guest experience
Deliver regular performance reporting and insights to partners
Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to drive conversion and visibility
Ensure partner alignment with our dog-friendly ethos
Experience
2+ years in a sales or account management role
within an online travel business is essential
Strong proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM systems is highly desirable (Channel Managers a plus)
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport with clients at all levels.
Ability to analyse data effectively to inform strategic decisions and improve client satisfaction levels.
A proactive approach to problem-solving with a focus on delivering exceptional service.
