We are seeking an experienced, motivated, and confident Account Manager to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction.
You'll quickly find yourself working with founders who aspire to be the next big thing of tomorrow, and will need to be comfortable in your approach to dealing with them to progress their accounts with RDvault.
Please Note: RDvault has many behaviours that sit in the "start-up" mentality and the role is encouraged for applicants that are comfortable with a more informal environment to process and structure than larger companies.
Responsibilities
Ability to converse confidently, and take pro-active control of when to speak to clients (a "reaching-out" instead of "responding-to" attitude).
Be process-orientated in managing, updating, and controlling your role in our CRM system
An appetite to learning skills on the fringes of your role, to assist team members in ad-hoc deliverables
A requirement to digest and understand R&D Tax Credits (UK) legislation to a credible level
*Internal training will be provided, but an expectation for follow-up and out-of-hours (1 - 2 months in the initial period) would be expected in the early months to help ensure you're on top of knowledge.
Requirements
A desire to work as an account management for the foreseeable future (Ideally with 2 - 3 years prior experience)* Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
Past experience with any CRM system
Confidence in using MS Excel & Functionality codes to a moderate level
Taking a positive mindset to problem-solving issues
