We will trust you to:
Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters
Ensure the timely and successful delivery of guidance, support and information according to customer needs and objectives
Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed
Input and process all mortgage & insurance applications using the various systems (trainings will be given)
Liaise with customers, banks, insurance providers, property developers, estate agents and solicitors in a timely and professional manner, ensure requests are resolved appropriately within agreed time scale
Collaborate with sales team to identify and grow opportunities
You need to have:
Good organisational skills and the ability to prioritise workloads
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in both English and Mandarin at all levels
Ability to work as part of a team and on own initiative to achieve common goals and contribute to good team morale
Excellent interpersonal skills are required to clearly explain and justify the reasoning behind a particular request for information
Previous experience of working in a financial environment is not required but preferred
Experience and knowledge of investment, pension, mortgage or protection are not necessary, would be desirable
