We are seeking a dynamic and conscientious Account Manager to join our team. This role involves managing client accounts, developing relationships, and driving sales. The Account Manager will be responsible for analysing market trends and customer needs to develop effective sales strategy and building outstanding customer relationships.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Ensure a seamless experience for clients.
Utilise our CRM to manage client interactions, track sales progress, and generate reports.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on client needs and deliver tailored solutions.
Qualifications
Proven experience in a sales and customer relations
Professional can do attitude to providing solutions
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage clients effectively.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
A proactive approach to problem-solving with a focus on achieving results.
