We have an exciting opportunity for you to take ownership of a prestigious client account within our security services division.
About the Role:
As the Account Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for one of our most well-known clients. You'll be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the on-site security team, ensuring the delivery of a high-quality service, and maintaining a strong, trusted relationship with the client.
Serve as the main liaison between the client and internal teams, ensuring clear communication and expectations.
Manage and support the on-site security, including performance management, staffing, and training.
Maintain compliance with all contractual obligations, service level agreements, and industry standards.
Identify opportunities for service improvement and innovation, adding value for the client and the business.
Prepare and deliver regular reports on operational performance and KPIs.
Proactively address and resolve any issues or incidents, ensuring client satisfaction and continuity of service.
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery and resource allocation.

What we are looking for:
SITE BASED REQUIREMENTS
Proven experience in account management or client services, ideally within the security, facilities, or related service industries.
Strong leadership skills with experience managing operational teams.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
Highly organised and able to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
A solutions-focused mindset with a proactive approach to challenges.
SIA license (or willingness to obtain) may be required depending on the site.
