We are now looking for a driven and personable
Account Manager
to join our team and play a key role in supporting both inbound leads and our growing base of existing and prospect clients.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to inbound funding enquiries
from business owners and decision-makers seeking commercial finance.
Qualify client needs
and provide initial funding guidance in a professional and helpful manner.
Manage and nurture CRM pipelines
, including existing clients and prospective leads, to drive engagement and funding opportunities.
Maintain regular follow-ups and ensure a high standard of communication via phone, email, SMS, and CRM tools.
Work closely with our team and lending partners to facilitate smooth deal flow and client onboarding.
Deliver an exceptional customer experience from enquiry to funding completion.
Meet and exceed monthly activity and revenue targets with a proactive and enthusiastic approach.
What We're Looking For
Strong communication and relationship-building skills - written and verbal.
Experience in sales, account management, customer service, or financial services is advantageous.
Confidence in speaking with business owners and decision-makers.
Highly organised and motivated, with a keen eye for opportunity and follow-up.
Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRMs and digital tools (e.g., Pipedrive, email sequences, automation tools).
A results-driven mindset - committed to hitting targets and earning commission.
What You'll Get
Base Salary
: 27,000 to 31,000 depending on experience
