The Role



We're looking for a proactive

Technology Account Manager (Client Growth & New Business)

to join our team. This hybrid role combines managing and developing existing client relationships with generating new opportunities. You'll act as a trusted advisor to clients, helping them get the most out of Microsoft 365 and Cyber Security services while also identifying and closing new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities



Manage a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring strong relationships and satisfaction. Understand each client's business, challenges, and goals to position relevant solutions. Drive client growth through cross-selling and upselling services. Proactively identify new business opportunities in our target markets. Conduct discovery meetings with prospects to uncover technology pain points. Present solutions and proposals clearly and confidently. Collaborate with technical teams to scope, price, and deliver solutions. Maintain accurate records in the CRM and report on sales activity.

What We're Looking For



Proven experience in

Account Management and/or Business Development

within MSP or IT services. Solid understanding of

Microsoft 365

and

Cyber Security solutions

. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage decision-makers at all levels. Consultative approach with a focus on solving client problems. Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets. Organised, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities.

Pay: 24,420.00-30,000.00 per year
