Vision Energy is an independent energy and sustainability consultancy. We provide technical services that support compliance and performance across the built environment, including SAP and SBEM assessments, thermal modelling, net zero design, daylight and overheating analysis, BREEAM pre assessments, building services design, and on site testing.
We work closely with clients across residential and commercial sectors, providing accurate, regulatory driven advice throughout the lifecycle of a project from concept through to completion.
The Role
This is a new position within the business, created to support our ongoing growth and ensure we continue to deliver a high level of service to both existing and new clients.
You will take ownership of our client relationships, acting as the key point of contact across multiple accounts. You will also play a role in business development by identifying and following up on opportunities that align with our consultancy services.
The role involves close coordination with our technical and delivery teams and requires someone who is organised, commercially aware, and confident managing multiple client relationships in a professional setting.
Key Responsibilities
Manage relationships with existing clients to ensure ongoing satisfaction and repeat business
Act as a central point of contact handling queries, monitoring project progress, and ensuring expectations are met
Identify opportunities to support clients with additional services where appropriate
Develop new business through referrals, direct outreach, and industry engagement
Support internal planning by feeding in client priorities and potential pipeline activity
Maintain clear account records, activity logs, and reporting for internal use
Candidate Requirements
Experience in account management, client services, or business development, ideally in a technical, consultancy, or B2B environment
Strong communication and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Commercial awareness and a structured approach to identifying opportunities
Comfortable working independently and taking responsibility for outcomes
Knowledge of the energy or built environment sector is an advantage but not essential
Professional, clear, and reliable in all client interactions
