About the Role:





As an Account Manager focused on back-of-house support, you'll play a crucial role in keeping our retail operations running smoothly. This isn't a polished, process-heavy corporate role -- it's hands-on, fast-moving, and vital to our success. You'll manage admin, forecasting, EPOS reviews, sales data, and brand compliance, supporting both our internal teams and retail partners. For the right person, there's a real chance to grow into a customer-facing role and deepen your expertise in grocers and beauty brands.

Key Responsibilities

:





Handle day-to-day account administration and coordinate closely with retail partners. Analyse sales data and EPOS reports to spot trends and support decision-making. Support sales forecasting and inventory planning with internal teams and retailers. Ensure brand compliance and support promotional activities in store. Work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and supply chain teams to deliver results. Manage customer queries related to orders, invoicing, and deliveries. Keep accurate and up-to-date account records and documentation. Help prepare reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements:





Experience in account management or sales support within grocery or beauty retail. Strong analytical skills and comfortable with EPOS systems, Excel, and sales data. Highly organised, able to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communicator who can work well across teams and with retail partners. Proactive and detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset. Able to thrive in a hands-on, fast-moving culture.

Desirable:





Knowledge of UK grocery and beauty retail markets. Experience with sales forecasting and inventory management tools. Understanding of brand compliance and retail promotional processes.
