Duties
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products or services to enhance client value.
Analyse client data and feedback to inform strategies for account growth and improvement.
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional service and resolve any issues that may arise.
Utilise Salesforce for tracking account activity, managing sales pipelines, and reporting on performance metrics.
Prepare regular reports on account status, sales performance, and market trends for management review.
Lead meetings with clients to discuss their needs, provide updates, and present new offerings.
Requirements
Proven experience in account management or a similar role, preferably within a sales environment.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team towards achieving goals.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build rapport with clients effectively.
Proficiency in using Salesforce or similar CRM software for managing client relationships and sales activities.
Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make informed decisions that drive account success.
