The Role
We are seeking a proactive and client-focused Account Manager to join our successful team. You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of our existing clients, building and nurturing strong, long-lasting relationships. Your goal is to ensure customer satisfaction, drive account growth, and act as a trusted partner who helps our clients succeed with our technology.
Key Responsibilities
Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of key accounts, fostering strong relationships at all levels of the client's organization.
Growth and Upselling: Identify and pursue opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional products and services, driving revenue growth within your accounts.
Customer Success: Work closely with clients to understand their business needs and ensure they are getting maximum value from our solutions.
Internal Collaboration: Coordinate with our technical, support, and sales teams to deliver exceptional service and resolve any client issues in a timely manner.
Strategic Planning: Develop and execute strategic account plans to align with client objectives and company goals.
Reporting: Track and report on account metrics, performance, and forecasts to internal stakeholders.
What We're Looking For
Experience: A proven track record in a B2B sales or account management role, ideally within the technology or FM sector.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical information in an easy-to-understand way.
Problem-Solving: A proactive and analytical mindset with the ability to identify client needs and provide effective solutions.
Interpersonal Skills: Natural relationship-building skills and the ability to influence and negotiate effectively.
Tech Savvy: A strong interest in technology and the ability to quickly grasp and explain our products and services.
Location: The company is based in the Midlands BUT the role will be mainly remote working with some travel to client sites across Europe and a once a month visit to our office in the Midlands.

Competitive Salary: A base salary of 30,000-35,000, plus a commission structure with realistic on-target earnings of 50,000+.
