The Opportunity


As an Account Manager at ICAAL, you will be entrusted with managing a portfolio of client accounts (approximately 20), ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded. You'll be the main point of contact for your clients, responsible for building strong relationships, understanding their business objectives, and ensuring the smooth delivery of projects and campaigns.

You'll work closely with Account Executives and other departments, delegating tasks and collaborating to ensure work is completed to a high standard and on time. This role offers real autonomy, allowing you to make key decisions and solve problems independently, while also benefiting from the support of a collaborative and experienced team.

We are looking for someone with a track record of managing and growing client accounts, who enjoys being client-facing and thrives on building lasting relationships. Experience in B2B account management is desirable, and experience in the home improvement sector would be a significant advantage.

Key responsibilities


Client Management & Communication

Be the main day-to-day contact for clients Keep clients updated on activity and lead meetings as required Create and maintain strong client relationships Liaise with clients over content and strategy Attend client and internal meetings with Senior Management
Campaign Coordination & Project Management

Ensure all activity is aligned with client objective Plan and manage the rollout of projects and campaigns Work closely with Account Executives and other departments to ensure tasks are planned and delivered on time Delegating to execs and collaborating with other departments to get the work done
Performance Analysis & Reporting

Monitor campaign progress and client satisfaction Analyse and make recommendations to improve client outcomes Create and present regular reports to clients and internal stakeholders Provide insights and recommendations based on client feedback and results

Requirements


Professional Experience

Proven experience managing multiple client accounts, ideally in B2B environments Experience building and maintaining strong client relationships Track record of growing client accounts and delivering measurable value Experience delegating to and collaborating with junior team members and other departments Experience in the home improvement sector is a significant advantage, but not essential
Skills & Competencies

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Strong organisational and time management skills Ability to prioritise a busy workload and manage multiple projects High attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a team Flexible and proactive approach with a can-do attitude
Communication & Client Management

Excellent client communication skills, both verbal and written Comfort in liaising with clients and colleagues particularly on the phone as well as over video calls and face-to-face Creating and maintaining relationships with clients and being the dedicated point of contact for their campaigns. Liaising with internal departments such as Graphics and Telemarketing on campaign coordination
