The Role
We're on the hunt for an
ambitious, energetic, and relationship-driven Account Manager
to join our growing commercial team. This role is all about building real partnerships--
managing inbound enquiries
,
checking in with existing clients
,
attending national networking events
, and
spearheading outreach to new prospects
. You'll also work closely with our in-house Project Manager to ensure every job--whether large commercial works or bespoke domestic jobs--goes off without a hitch.
This is a hybrid-style role--based mainly from our Ringwood HQ, but with regular travel across the UK for
client meetings
,
site visits
, and
industry events
.
Your Key Responsibilities
Manage and respond to all
incoming commercial enquiries
--ensuring clients get the answers and service they need, fast
Proactively call and check in with our client accounts--stay one step ahead of their needs
Develop relationships with
new commercial leads
through calls, emails, and in-person pitches
Attend
industry networking events
and trade expos to grow our commercial presence nationally
Collaborate closely with our Project Manager to ensure
every job is executed to the highest standard
Monitor client satisfaction, track performance KPIs, and look for upselling/cross-selling opportunities
Represent First Local Services as a
trusted partner, not just a supplier
