ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking a driven individual who is passionate about theatre and live entertainment. The Account Manager will play a pivotal role in supporting our UK theatre clients team, working with clients such as Mamma Mia! The Party, Operation Mincemeat, The Hunger Games: On Stage to name a few.
This role bridges client needs with internal delivery, ensuring high-quality execution of campaigns and contributing to the development of strong client relationships. Working closely with the wider client team and in-house specialist teams (Paid Media, SEO, Data & Insights and Tech), you'll help translate strategic objectives into actionable media and marketing plans. You'll also be trained in the delivery and implementation of new digital products that are on the cutting-edge of marketing science.
This role is ideal for someone with a few years of experience in theatre marketing (working within theatre/cultural institutions or working with them through an agency or supplier) who is now ready to take ownership of campaigns, contribute to client growth, and deepen their strategic capabilities.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Client Management
Act as the day-to-day contact for a portfolio of UK theatre clients, as well as supporting Account Directors on larger client contracts
Build relationships with both client and key stakeholders to effectively manage and resolve day to day issues
Support and or lead client meetings, reporting, QBRs and campaign presentations by helping prepare documentation, presentations, insights, and performance overviews.
Campaign Oversight & Delivery
Identify and qualify new opportunities, responding quickly and effectively when they arise
Support account growth and relationship development
Translate client briefs and campaign requests into actionable tasks for internal teams - ensuring campaign outputs are aligned with client goals
Coordinate campaign assets, timelines, and deliverables across internal departments and external clients
Collaborate with Paid Media, SEO, Data & Insights and Tech teams to ensure campaigns are executed effectively and on budget
Attend internal check-ins and act as a liaison between media teams and client needs
Help ensure proper documentation of processes and shared learnings to enhance team effectiveness
Champion the implementation of SINE's cutting-edge marketing science, ensuring innovative tools, AI-driven insights, and data-led strategies are integrated into every stage of campaign planning and execution
Collaborate with the Data & Insights, Tech, and Paid Media teams to translate new marketing science methodologies into practical, high-performing client outcomes.
Commercial & Operational Awareness
Support Account Directors in delivering account profitability, budget tracking forecasting, and revenue growth
Ensure accurate budget management, invoicing, and financial reporting across accounts
Manage SOWs and MSAs for your clients, ensuring they are signed and up to date for your clients
In collaboration with the business development team, identify upsell and cross-seel opportunities
Ensure all media plans are accurately updated by the media team
Provide support on administrative tasks: scheduling, client documentation, meeting notes, asset tracking.
Learning & Development
Stay up to date with platform and industry trends through training sessions, webinars, and internal knowledge sharing
Attend relevant industry events and support SINE's presence when appropriate
Participate in internal knowledge sharing and training initiatives
Actively learn and apply SINE's proprietary marketing science frameworks and tools, bringing innovation, experimentation, and data-led thinking to client work
Support the rollout of new AI-powered and automation-based products to clients, ensuring smooth adoption and measurable impact.
Requirements
Essential Experience
2 - 4 years' experience in theatre marketing
Experience working in theatre/cultural institutions or working with them through an agency or supplier is preferred
Experience with paid media platforms (Meta, TikTok, Google, YouTube), and basic understanding of SEO, CRM, or web analytics
Experience managing campaign timelines, assets, and reporting with some client-facing exposure.
Skills & Attributes
Strong communication skills (written and verbal) and great at managing client relationships, with attention to detail and professionalism
Excellent organisation and time management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
A team player with an eagerness to learn and grow within a collaborative environment.

LOCATION
Our stunning offices are based in the heart of Fitzrovia, minutes walk from Goodge Street, Tottenham Court Road and Warren Street stations. We currently operate a hybrid working week, including Tuesday-Thursday in the office with the option to work remotely on Mondays and Fridays.
